Recently, the “Economic New Observation” program on Gansu TV visited the Specialized and Innovative Industrial Park in Lanzhou New Area to produce a special report on representative enterprises within the park. Lanzhou Juzhuo Fine Chemical was interviewed as one of the key enterprises in the park.
The report first focused on Juzhuo Fine Chemical’s intelligent production workshop, where fully automated production lines were operating in an orderly manner. From raw material feeding to finished product filling, the entire process is carried out through unmanned operations, improving production efficiency by more than three times compared with traditional production lines.
The company’s Production Director explained:
“Our production lines are equipped with an online quality inspection system that performs sample testing every 10 seconds, ensuring consistent and stable product quality.”
The reporter then visited the company’s R&D laboratory, where researchers were conducting skin irritation tests on new cooling agents.
The head of R&D stated:
“We have established an industry–university–research collaboration with the School of Chemical Engineering at Lanzhou University to jointly study extraction technologies for natural raw materials. So far, we have obtained three invention patents.”
A representative of the park’s administrative committee stated during the interview:
“Juzhuo Fine Chemical is an outstanding representative among the enterprises in the park. We will continue to provide comprehensive support and services to help companies grow rapidly. In the future, the park will remain focused on the fine chemical industry, building a more complete industrial ecosystem and attracting more high-quality enterprises to establish operations here.”
