On December 18, 2025, the commissioning ceremony of Lanzhou Juzhuo Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Specialized and Innovative Chemical Industry Incubation Base in Lanzhou New Area. More than 200 attendees, including leaders from relevant departments of Lanzhou New Area, experts from industry associations, and representatives from upstream and downstream partner enterprises, gathered to witness this important milestone.
As a strategic extension of Xi’an Juzhuo Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Juzhuo carries over more than a decade of technical expertise and global market resources from its parent company. The project involves a total investment of RMB 120 million and covers an area of 30 mu (approximately 20,000 square meters). Leveraging the abundant coal and power resources of Lanzhou New Area as well as its efficient land-port logistics network, the company has established industry-leading automated production lines.
The facility has an annual production capacity of more than 150 tons of menthol-related products and over 20 tons of niacin-related products, while also possessing R&D and large-scale production capabilities for fragrance and flavor ingredients such as apple esters and patchouli alcohol.
During the commissioning ceremony, the company’s chairman stated:
“Lanzhou Juzhuo will continue the quality-first philosophy of Xi’an Juzhuo, deeply integrating the resource advantages of Northwest China with innovative production processes to provide safer, more environmentally friendly, and cost-effective raw material solutions for the daily chemical, food, and fragrance & flavor industries. In the next three years, the company plans to invest RMB 20 million in the research and development of new cooling agents and niacin derivatives, striving to become a benchmark enterprise in China’s fine chemical industry.”
Following the ceremony, attending guests toured the company’s production workshops and R&D laboratories, expressing strong recognition of Lanzhou Juzhuo’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities and its rigorous quality control system.
